Registered participants of the EMDS 2012 meeting are invited to submit abstracts for poster presentation.

If you wish in addition to be considered to highlight the work in your poster in a short oral presentation, please choose the option “consider for oral presentation”. 

Article contributions for a special issue of Immunology, dedicated to the EMDS meeting, will be assigned based on submitted abstracts and the quality of the presentation at the EMDS 2012 meeting.

Members of the EMDS (below the age of 35) that have submitted an abstract for the EMDS 2012 meeting are welcome to apply for EMDS Conference Travel Awards.

Abstract Selection Committee 

All abstracts will be reviewed by an Abstract Selection Committee consisting of 14 members of the Local Scientific and Organising Committee and the EMDS council. Each abstract will be assigned to 4 reviewers not affiliated to the same country as the presenting author and will be independently scored by these reviewers.

• Abstract must be submitted as a Microsoft® Word Document (.doc or .docx) 
• Title of the document:"EMDS2012_ name of presenting author" 
• Font 11pt Arial 
• Title on first line in bold (caps and lower case) 
• Blank line 
• Authors on next line, presenting author underlined; in format first name middle initial(s) last name with superscript to link to affiliations

• Affiliations with line break between each; numbered with superscripts 
• E-mail address of corresponding author

• Text of abstract (max 250 words; no figures, tables or references)

• Submission of abstracts is limited to registered participants of the 2012 EMDS conference. To submit an abstract, login through the link below using the password that is provided in the EMDS 2012 registration information e-mail.
