Registration package
All attendees are strongly advised to register in advance of the meeting. All registered delegates will receive the following:
- Delegate Bag including the programme and other associated materials
- Name Badge permitting access to all sessions
- Refreshments during coffee breaks
- Participation to the Welcome reception on 1st September
- Lunch on 2nd and 3rd September
- Participation to the Congress Dinner on 2nd September

1The EMDS has an annual individual membership fee of € 25.00. The membership dues should be paid prior to the start of the EMDS meeting in order to take advantage of the reduced registration fee for members. Please bring proof of paid EMDS membership dues for 2012 with you to the registration desk at the EMDS 2012 meeting.

- All payments must be made in EURO.
- For EU residents, we encourage the use of standardized EU bank transfer for payment of the registration fee. Any transfer costs should be covered by the payer (generally free in the EU).

Cancellation & Refund Policy
The organisers do not accept any responsibility for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Delegates are strongly advised to have their own travel insurance. Delegates are responsible for making their own accommodation, travel and visa arrangements. No refunds will be issued of registration fees which have already been paid. Name changes are permitted. Travel and accommodation cancellations remain the sole responsibility of the delegates.
