Congress language
English is the official congress language for the EMDS meeting. All oral and poster presentations should be in English. No (simultaneous) translation to other languages will be foreseen.

Abstract submission deadline: 30th June, 2012
The deadline to submit abstracts for oral presentation is 30th June, 2012. Abstracts submitted after 30th June will no longer be included in the selection process for oral presentations. Submit an abstract now HERE
Reduced registration rate for EMDS members
EMDS members receive € 50.00 discount on the registration rate in case they pay the annual individual membership fee of € 25.00. The membership dues should be paid before or together with the registration fee. The membership registration form can be downloaded at the EMDS website.
Reduced registration rate for students
Students receive € 100.00 discount on the registration rate. The reduction for students is NOT cumulative with the reduction for EMDS membership. Please bring proof of studentship with you to the registration desk at the EMDS 2012 meeting.
